#Elf4Health So Far & I’m going streaking!

I’m really, really, really enjoying Elf For Health! The Facebook page is such a motivation, and I love working with my elf, Rachael. I also adopted another elf, Yoli. It’s so much fun e-mailing back and forth with my elves and motivating each other!

In case you are not doing #Elf4Health, and are wondering what the challenges are, this is what we’re doing these four weeks:

Going meatless was pretty awesome! I found that it was definitely the weirdest not eating meat for lunch and dinner – I don’t often eat meat with my breakfast but I almost always have meat as a protein with lunch and dinner.

On Monday, I had a bagel for breakfast, refried beans for lunch and Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Bake for dinner. It was so yummy!

Unsubscribing for junk e-mails is something that has been on my to do list for ages, but it was one of those things that always got pushed to the back burner for whatever reason. I’m so glad that Elf For Health gave me the motivation to do it on Tuesday! I used unroll.me – thanks fellow elves for letting me know about this!! – and I couldn’t believe how many needless e-mails I was getting, some I didn’t even know about.

Today is a new workout! I’m finally facing my fears, and going to my new gym today. I don’t know why I’ve been so apprehensive about going, but no more! I’m really looking forward to going there today.

I plan to call my grandmother tomorrow and tell her how thankful I am for her. I am really so lucky to have her in my life :)

On Friday, we’re to track our water intake – which is something I should do much more often! I just downloaded the Waterlogged App so I can do that easier! What did I do before my iPhone??

I hope to use it even after the challenge!

On Saturday I plan to treat myself to a manicure, which I haven’t had in ages! Don’t worry, you’ll hear all about that on Treat Yourself Tuesday 😉

I’m the most scared I think for the 100 burpees on Sunday, but I know I can do it! I know I’ll break them up over the course of the day, and will get them done over the course of 24 hours!

One other thing! I’m participating in my first Runners World Run Streak! I also started a group for Sweat Pink Ambassadors doing the streak so we can motivate each other on Facebook. Join in if you’re an SPA & doing this challenge! I’m also doing joining in on the ChallengeLoop for this through Karen Loves To Run and Run Stretch Go! Woo! I know I’ll get through this challenge with everyone’s support!
